Pat Cunningham gave me complete confidence as soon as I spoke to him, and of the three organisations I contacted he was the only one that contacted mr within 24 hours. We organised a fitting date for when we got back from holiday. Gerard and Steve were with us the day after we got home at just after 9am and worked through until 4pm.

The job they did was fantastic, they replaced the motor and the anemometer and fitted an infrared heater that I had bought to replace one that was no longer working. Our awning is 20 years plus old and having contacted several awning suppliers over the last five years they were only interested in selling us a new one.

SBI Ltd are based in Croydon which is a hell of a long way from Manchester. Gerard and Steve drove up from Hertfordshire and they worked tirelessly to get the job done and tested everything before leaving. My neighbour thought we had a new canopy fitted. It has now completed an automatic opening and closing snd it now closes perfectly.

I can fully recommend them and their company for an excellent job well done with no mess to clear up after they left.
