We first contacted SBI in the hope that our existing awning could be repaired, but because of its age that was not possible but they agreed to take it down and remove it. We then had the pleasure of choosing a new awning from so many designs, which was delivered before the date they estimated. Everyone we dealt with, David, James and the installers were quick and efficient and a pleasure to deal with, and the awning is lovely, we are really pleased with it.
