My sun blind stopped responding to the remote control. It had been serviced by SBI about 5 years ago. When I contacted them they had my details from the service and Stefanie arranged very quickly for their engineers to come at a date and time convenient to me. John and Robert arrived on time. They were friendly and courteous. They replaced my remote control, serviced the moving parts and cleaned the awning. I am delighted with the result
